All services are digital design services. Work begins as soon as the client confirms immediate execution.
Refund Conditions
Refunds are not possible once work has started.
If the client cancels before providing the required materials, a refund may be considered at our discretion.

Withdrawal Policy for Digital Content
According to EU law, the right of withdrawal expires once:
• the client requests immediate execution, and
• the service has begun.
By purchasing an Express Offer or similar digital service, the client agrees to this waiver.
Non-Delivery
If Bakal Concepts is unable to deliver a service due to internal reasons, a full refund will be issued.
