TERMS & CONDITIONS (AGB)
1. General Information
Bakal Concepts, headquartered in Hessen, Germany, provides interior design concepts, digital visualizations and related creative services worldwide. By placing an order or submitting a request, the client accepts these Terms & Conditions.
3. Contract Formation
A contract is established when the client submits an order or booking and Bakal Concepts confirms acceptance. In automated services (such as the Visual Express Offer), confirmation occurs immediately after payment.
5. Digital Content & Execution Start
Digital work begins once the client explicitly approves immediate execution during checkout. With this confirmation, the right of withdrawal expires once execution begins.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, concepts, visuals and PDF presentations remain intellectual property of Bakal Concepts unless separately licensed. Commercial use, resale or publication without permission is prohibited.
9. Jurisdiction
German law applies. Jurisdiction is Hessen, Germany.
2. Scope of Services
Services include digital visualizations, interior concept development, floor plan creation, consultations, moodboards, lighting concepts and design direction. Physical on-site work is only performed if explicitly agreed.
4. Requirements for Delivery
The client must provide necessary information such as photos, measurements and project details. Delays in providing materials extend delivery timelines.
6. Payment Terms
All payments must be completed before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. Worldwide payments are accepted.
8. Liability
All deliverables represent design recommendations and visual interpretations. Bakal Concepts is not liable for structural limitations, implementation deviations or construction-related issues.
